I would start by going to the parts store and buy a repaire manual that will show you step by step. You do need to make sure you block your tires so your truck doe's not roll. there are alot of way's to intall the u-joint into the drive shaft. One way is a c-clamp. Or you can have that done by a shop. The bolts that hold the u shaped strap should be a 3/8 head remove both on each strap and work the drive shaft out. revers the steps to reinstall. P.S. make sure you install the grease insert in the right way.
